Playboy Mansion East and the Sexy Times Super Bowl

We all dream of someday having the choice with women we really want.

We want to have great friends who understand and support us, have fun with us, and help us meet our goals. We want to live in great, vibrant places with culture and great food and stuff to do, and of course, beautiful women from around the world everywhere you turn.

And we probably would all admit that doing this all in a penthouse apartment that is the homebase for $1500-per-person parties with body-painted hotties giving out full-body-massages wouldn't be a bad thing to add to the list either, right?

Well step aside, Playboy Mansion, because you got competition now. The boys from PickUp 101 have started a new house called Playboy Mansion East, or Project New York, and there's something you should know about it.

It's famous.

See, the guy who owns the building in New York City and the penthouse uses this place to host some of his super-exclusive and crazy-expensive parties.

And it just so happened that last week's Super Bowl party made it to the evening news and the New York Post.

Yep, that's where my guys are living. And I don't mean in the same city.

I mean they live in THAT PENTHOUSE where those beautiful girls are.

Here I sit in beautiful San Francisco, looking at this video on my computer screen of lovely models wearing only paint showering in the living room of their new place and thinking to myself, "I am either the best damn boss in the world, or I'm firing all of them and taking over the place!"

I guess I am the best. See, we all had the idea long ago to get a great crew in New York. Sean Newman, Dan Mangano, Joe Brody, Ben Parsons, and Frank Hark all saw this dream of leaving Cali and heading to NYC as the next step. But none of us realized how big the step could be.

Why find just an apartment? Why not a penthouse? Why just a few bedrooms? Why not 6? Why not have a full roofdeck with a view of Manhattan? Why not put a hot tub and a wired stereo system out there? Why not put it in a place that has been legendary for parties in the party capital of the world for years?

Why not dream big?

Well, they did, and I'd be lying to you if I said I wasn't a little envious. I mean, I had my days for years and years, and did things in a lot of cities around the world that still can't be told for national security reasons. But this new chapter in the PickUp 101 story, this is what the life is all about.

You don't study pickup to learn a few lines and get a few numbers.

You don't work this hard just to have an OK life.

You want the dream. You want real happiness. You want real choice. And it's not up to me to tell you what that means.

Choice means ANYTHING you can imagine, you can have. Do you want five girlfriends? Do you want to the woman of your dreams? Do you want to have fun every time you go out?

Do you want a penthouse apartment with models and the best friends in the world?

Whatever you want, you can have it.

The guys in Project New York all started as students less than 2 years ago. Now they live in hottie paradise and travel the world flirting on my dime.

Not a bad life, eh?
