New Year's Success Story #2 - Two Girls Both Wanting Me

Hey Lance,

I've been a subscriber to your newsletter for a bit of time now, not too long, and appreciate some of the tips and pointers you've given. Some of these tips aided my New year 'celebration' I guess you could say. Here is my story:

I work in the Restaurant industry in Victoria British Columbia, and have slightly had my eye on two waitresses that seemed unattainable. I used to flirt with both of them, drop hints, but nothing ever happened.

At one point perhaps a month ago, they both told me they had boyfriends. Anyway, new years eve rolls around and as usuall, I have to work. I was a little down due to the fact that I wouldn't be out partying, and I just spent a couple hundred bucks on some new clothes.

Throughout the night as these two girls would walk bye, I'd throw out the winks, give them a simple compliment, then walk away as if it were nothing. Time passed, and the whole staff of our restaurant ended up at another restaurant around 2 in the morning. After assisting one of the girls to find the washroom, the other walks up to me, compliments me on my clothes and how polite I was to help the one find the washroom, and looked into my eyes and smiled.

"You make me want to kiss you, but I'm 2 hours late I think" I said.
"Really? I was looking for you during the countdown but couldn't find you!" was her response. 
 "I know that's not true, because I you looked at me then walked away."
 "O.k, I was shy and didn't know what to do."
 "Kiss me now." I said as I moved in. "What?"

Then I just moved in for the kiss and we ended up making out in some corridor for a bit. I then pulled away calmly and told her to get the other girl from the washroom. We all waited outside the restaurant, and the girl from the washroom comes out and hugs me.

"Happy New year, sorry i didn't get a chance to see you during the countdown I wasn't at the restaurant."
"Shhh, don't worry about it, we are together now so smile" I said with my 'mr. smooth' voice as I cracked a grin.
"How are you getting home? do you have friends here?" I asked (remembering a line from your new years eve posting) "Nope, do you want to take me home? No one is at my house. You should take me home and take care of me."
"Haha, that could be a possibility, where do you live?"

She told me where she lives, and just then, something startled me from behind, "HEY! HOW ARE YOU?!" I turned around to find a girl that I hadn't seen in months. "Uhh fine I guess" This was a bad move on my part, cause the first girl was just left standing there. I realized this and turned back around to find her off leaning against a wall.

Luckily, the girl that I had already kissed then approached me.

"Hey what are your plans now? Going home?" She asked.
"I would rather spend more time with you, but if your tired, then I understand."
"No no, want to go back to my place and hang out? We can play super nintendo!"

After she said this, I couldn't believe it, two girls both wanting me to go to their places, no roommates were home, this could only mean one thing, the hard decision was, which one, because I KNEW that I couldn't get both.

To abruptly end the story, I guess you could say I didn't 'take care' of the one girl, but I did go to the others' and 'play super nintendo'.
